ラズベリーは、酸味があって美味しいぃ〜❣️連なっている姿は、真っ赤な宝石のよう✨ブルーベリーの実りも楽しみです♫
Raspberries have sourness and so delicious! Their appearance of linking together are looks like bright red jewels. We are so exciting to harvest blueberry soon!
秋の終わりにできた大根です。一面の雪になったときは、車で行けず、歩いて行きました^_^笑
干した大根で、玄米麹漬けを作りました。
These daikons were harvested in the end of autumn. We walked when the ground was covered with snow and we couldn't drive there. ^_^ lol.
We made dried daikons with pickles in brown rice koji.
今年は、玉ねぎの勢いがあります。『大きくなってね。』と、声をかけます。
ジャガイモは、葉っぱが枯れると植えた所が分からなくなるので割り箸で印を付けました。
大豆と黒豆を植えました。沢山の芽🌱が出ました。あっという間に芽が出てびっくりです。これからの生長を楽しみにしています。
大自然の恵みをいただき、山椒の実を収穫し、白しょうゆ漬けを作りました。しびれる美味さです。
This year, the onions are growing rapidly and strongly.. We encourage the onions by saying, "Please Grow bigger!”
For the potatoes, we marked with chopsticks where the potatoes are. After leaves withered, it become hard to find the potatoes.
Also we planted soybeans and black beans. Many sprouts come up. We were so surprised how quickly they sprouted.
We are looking forward to their growth.
Receiving blessing of nature, we harvested sansho berries and made white soy sauce pickles. It is the electrify delicious.
